Rock School of Ages

Can be sung to “Rock of Ages”
Rock School of Ages, please stay with me
Let me bind, myself to thee
Let the people, who’ve grown cold,
Remember when, your halls,
once overflowed
Back us then, for double sure
Remove from them, their MISTAKEN CURE
With the labor, of public hands
Once fulfilled, our town’s demands
Keep our zeal, for the school we know
Else our tears will, forever flow.
Rock school of ages, cling to thee
Let us keep, our memories
Built with rock, so carefully,
Built to last, eternally
Tear her down, you say to me;
Worthy to stand, you must agree
Save our school, our rock elementary
Don’t tear away, our memory
Years have come and gone;
Many friends and loved ones, passed on
The Old Rock School, meant for many
Pursuit of life and memories a-plenty
Rock school of ages, we cling to thee
Let us save you, for all posterity
SHE IS SAVED!!!
THANKS TO ALL WHO WORKED
TO SAVE HER
